Dyson terraformer?

A Dyson sphere is a hypothetical megastructure that encompasses a star and captures a large percentage of its solar power output.

A Dyson terraformer would rather build an ozone layer on the planets and their moons!

Furthermore it will artificially create  synthetic water, oxygen, and other life creating elements to bring dead planets to life so we could live there, along with other living things. Oceans could be generated, rivers, forests, flora and fauna, abiogenetic lifeforms, biosynthetic lifeforms!
