Palestinian Americans have claimed responsibility for the NYC terror attack. A 27-year-old palestinian muslim suspect, who is in custody and transported to a local hospital, had bomb strapped to his body, NYPD commish says. New York is the 2nd jewish capital of the world, after Jerusalem, the jews say.
