Sgt. Charles Langley needs to face justice

A very important distinction. The cop who murdered Daniel Shaver was not the guy screaming insane orders. That was Sgt. Charles Langley, who’s psychotic escalation of the situation is even more to blame for Shaver’s death. He promptly retired 4 months later and left the country.

Sgt. Charles Langley was the one giving the psychotic commands.

Sgt. Charles Langley was the senior officer on the scene.

Sgt. Charles Langley was the one that exacerbated the tension and created undue panic in all those involved.

Sgt. Charles Langley immediately retired from the force and fled to the Philippines.
